Most jewelry pieces are made to order and require approximately 7–10 business days for production before shipment.
Custom jewelry, personalized pieces, and special orders may require additional production time. Estimated completion times will be provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Time
After shipment, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Signature Requirement
For security purposes, high-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. L&Z Jewelry is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with the shipping carrier and insurance provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select orders. Additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
