Warranty

All jewelry comes with a one year warranty covering workmanship and materials.

OPAL CARE: Opals can break or dislodge if they receive impact or extended water exposure. L&Z Jewelry does not warranty opals and recommends removing for sports, cleaning, gardening or swimming.

Regularly priced in-stock or special order gold or platinum rings include one complimentary sizing up to 2 sizes larger or smaller within two months of purchase. 

If you require a resizing of more than 2 full sizes, or you are beyond the free resizing period, we are happy to size your ring, for a reasonable fee. We’re sorry, but sterling silver and sale rings do not include complimentary sizing. If the ring is returned to L&Z Jewelry for sizing, you may pick up the ring at our  store. If you chose for us to ship it to you, shipping will be charged.

Certain rings are not sizeable. This is usually the case where a design, diamonds or gemstones encircle the entire ring. In that case, we recommend ordering your ring in the correct size.
