Custom designed, special order or modified jewelry are not returnable. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of the order. After 24 hours, deposits will not be returned. Rings purchased and sized by L&Z Jewelry are not returnable, although in limited cases L&Z Jewelry may, at its option, refund a portion of the purchase.
