Orders of $499 and over receive free shipping in the continental U.S. For orders under $499, a shipping charge will be applied.

 Not what you wanted? We want you to love your jewelry from L&Z Jewelry!  We will happily refund all regularly priced, in-stock items within twenty days of the invoice date. Sale items may be returned for store credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded or applied as a store credit. 

 Custom designed, special order or modified jewelry are not returnable. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of the order. After 24 hours, deposits will not be returned. Rings purchased and sized by L&Z Jewelry are not returnable, although in limited cases L&Z Jewelry may, at its option, refund a portion of the purchase.

 Enclose your item in unused condition with the L&Z Jewelry gift box, along with a copy of the receipt. If you purchased a diamond and received a report, enclose the report with your return.
